Very cheap product. Poor quality. It's not even a rug, it's a large mat.
Very poor communication. I never received my carpet and upon asking after waiting for a week, I was told that the carpet was not available. And then they said that they are making a new one upon my request and that new one also never came. Very unprofessional behaviour.
The rug is pathetic and has stain marks on it. I tried contacting the service provider but he continuously kept on saying ill check, ill check, ill update you etc but their response towards replacing the carpet was poor. Horrible and non serious behaviour. And pathetic quality of carpets
