Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the exchange with Images & Videos. Orders exchange duration will be 6-8 weeks after approval, for orders from the UAE.

Exchanges will be considered in the following cases:

1. Wrong Order: If you received an incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost to you.
2. Quality Defect: In the event that the product you received has a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for an exchange.
